Deputy President William Ruto has asked Kenyans to reject the push for a referendum to change the Constitution.<br />He said the country must avoid the mistakes that allowed the former independence constitution to be mutilated to a document that no longer served the interests of Kenyans, but those of a few powerful individuals.
