Group Executive Chef Doxis Bekris of Fairmont Kenya was crowned 2015 Taste Awards Chef Of The Year at Kenya’s annual bar and restaurant awards recently.<br /><br />Long before being based in Nairobi, Chef Bekris got his start in the culinary world with pedigree.
