Independent Policing Oversight Authority Chairperson Macharia Njeru has called for an improved police training curriculum that is anchored on respect of human rights and proper use of firearm. <br /><br />Njeru says the police service must also empower its Internal Affairs Unit, so that it can adequately address challenges facing members of the police service.
