Businesswoman Esther Passaris says she will ensure all Nairobi County government workers are vetted if she is elected governor in the 2017 general elections.<br /><br />Speaking to Capital FM News, Passaris stated that her main agenda if elected will be on fast and efficient service delivery and ensuring Kenyans get value for their money.
