Machakos Governor Dr Alfred Mutua has said his government will introduce performance contracts to be signed by all senior officers to enhance service delivery and efficiency.<br /><br />The performance contracts will be signed in the next two weeks.<br /><br /><br />Overview<br />The performance contracts will be signed in the next two weeks.<br />Mutua also instructed all senior Machakos Government officials starting with himself, ministers, chief officers, directors, their deputies and heads of department, to from next week, work six days a week so as to effectively supervise and implement development projects.<br />"This "Turbo Maendeleo Chap Chap" method will run up to end of December, 2016 whereby it will be reviewed and intensified," said Mutua.<br />Mutua also instructed all senior Machakos Government officials starting with himself, ministers, chief officers, directors, their deputies and heads of departments to work six days a week, so as to effectively supervise and implement development projects from next week.<br /><br />“This “Turbo Maendeleo Chap Chap” method will run up to end of December 2016 whereby it will be reviewed and intensified,” said Mutua.<br /><br />Mutua also directed that all senior officers should be on fieldwork for a minimum of three days each week supervising projects and listening to the needs of the public.
