Welfare, Education and Health are the best performing indicators on the governance scale according to the Ibrahim Index of African Governance.<br /><br /><br />As explained by Mo Ibrahim Foundation board member Jendayi Frazer, there is however concern on the continent that the post-elementary education currently on offer, does not address changing needs.
