Good morning, it's a freezing day we are waking up to, lows have dropped below minus 5 degrees Celsius in the capital, and it's likely morning lows will stay near seasonal averages for a few more days while daily highs will be higher than what we would normally have around this time of year. <br /><br />Cold air and winds have brought decent air to the peninsula, most areas will be able to breathe in good to normal air. <br /><br />Taking a closer look at today's temperatures...parts of Gangwon-do Province are under a cold wave advisory. Chuncheon is waking up to a low of minus 10 degrees Celsius. Busan at the freezing mark. Clear blue skies will shine down on us through out the day. <br /><br />Daily highs will range between 4 to 10 degrees Celsius... temperatures will be a few notches lower than yesterday, wear a thicker jacket and sunglasses, the sunshine can be pretty strong during the day. <br /><br />That's Korea for you and here's the international weather for viewers around the world.<br />
