South Korea's foreign minister has held talks with her Japanese counterpart on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos.<br />They discussed pending issues, including Japan's recent low-altitude flights near South Korean warships.<br />Kang Kyung-wha expressed deep regret over the incidents to her Japanese counterpart Taro Kono, including the one that happened just hours before they met. <br />She called for a swift resolution of the dispute through close consultations.<br />The ministers also addressed the forced labor rulings, where Japanese companies were ordered to compensate Koreans for their work during World War II. <br />They also discussed the latest developments regarding North Korea's denuclearization,... and agreed on the need to build forward looking bilateral relations. <br />
