We're going to be able to use free internet services at all small highway rest areas in Korea starting from today.<br />The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.... and the Korea Expressway Corporation say.... free Wi-Fi has been set up in around 2-hundred-50 small and temporary rest stops,... following a contract signed last year with the country's three mobile carriers.<br />Previously, only bus stops and highway service centers in Seoul provided free internet.<br />The ministry expects the move to cut people's phone bills by almost 13 million U.S. dollars a year. <br />
