Good morning, central inland regions received a mix of rain and snow overnight, here in the capital we are also waking up to wet roads, but those in Gangwon-do and parts of Chungcheong-do Provinces could see some icy conditions, so drive with extra care.<br /><br />But despite a bit of precipitation, we'll continue to suffer from dry conditions with dry weather advisories in place for most areas. Meanwhile, an advisory has upgraded to a warning in south-eastern areas including Daegu and Busan. Also yellow dust will blow in once the precipitation lets up, and we'll be seeing moderately bad air across the entire nation.<br /><br />Now, let's talk about today's temperatures...morning lows are kicking off a lot higher than yesterday, but highs will go down a few notches and biting winds will make it feel a bit colder than the actual temperatures so dress up warm and have your face mask ready on your way out.
