Morning lows this Monday were quite bearable but highs won't rise much and biting winds will blow in this afternoon, making it feel a bit colder than the actual temperatures so dress up warm and have your face mask ready on the way out. Tomorrow morning, we'll have brief cold snap with a low of minus 6 degrees Celsius. <br /><br />Dry weather advisories are in place for most areas. An advisory has been upgraded to a warning in south-eastern areas including Daegu and Busan.
