Our top story this morning...<br />Seoul's top diplomat held talks on Monday with U.S. Ambassador to South Korea Harry Harris, covering a range of issues,... including North Korea's denuclearization. <br />Harris is thought to have delivered new year's greetings to Kang Kyung-hwa.<br />Seoul's foreign ministry says they also talked about how the allies are going to share defense costs.<br />Harris also met Defense Minister Jeong Kyeong-doo.<br />Although the details of that session is not disclosed, some speculate they may have discussed the radar dispute between Seoul and Tokyo. <br />
