President Trump accepted House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's invite to deliver the speech on Feb. 5. Super Bowl LIII will <br />be broadcast live at <br />6:30 p.m. EST by CBS, featuring a matchup between the New England Patriots and Los Angeles Rams.
