Central-west regions will likely to see bad levels of pollution for most parts of the day but check the levels before heading out.<br /><br />Taking a closer look at today's temperatures..Seoul and Gwangju are waking up to a low of minus 2 degrees Celsius, partly sunny skies will be joined by clouds as the day goes on. <br /><br />By the afternoon, Seoul and Chuncheon will get up to 8 degrees, southern provinces will top out in the double digits.
