Make this crunchy tea-time snack at home and let us know your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />1 cup Refined Flour<br />Salt<br />Carom seeds<br />3-4 tbsp Oil<br />Water<br />Green Pigeon pea<br />2-3 tbsp Oil<br />1/2 tbsp Sesame seeds (white)<br />1 tbsp Ginger & Green Chilli paste<br />1/2 tbsp Red Chilli powder<br />Turmeric powder<br />1/2 tbsp Garam Masala powder<br />Salt<br />1/2 tbsp Sugar<br />1/2 Lemon juice<br />1/2 cup Coriander leaves<br />Oil for frying<br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />In a bowl, add refined flour, salt, carom, oil, water and knead it into dough.<br />In a mixer jar, add green pigeon and grind it.<br />Heat a vessel, add oil, sesame seeds, ginger & green chilli paste and saute them nicely.<br />Add the ground Green Pigeon pea, saute it on low flame for 4-5 minutes.<br />Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt, sugar, lemon juice, coriander leaves and mix well.<br />Switch off the gas and transfer it to a plate.<br />Heat oil in another vessel, make small puri's, stuff them with the mixture and fry them until they are golden brown.<br />Our Lilva Kachori is ready to plate.<br />
