Watch the video to know how to make it and do let us know your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br /><br />Ingredients:<br />2 cups Wheat flour<br />1/2 cup Rice Flour<br />2 tbsp Ghee<br />Salt<br />1/2 tbsp Red Chilli powder<br />1 tbsp Coriander powder<br />1/2 tbsp Garam Masala powder<br />1 tbsp Cumin seed powder<br />Turmeric powder<br />1 tsp Carom seeds<br />1 tsp Sesame seeds<br />Coriander leaves, chopped<br />Water<br />Coriander leaves<br />Ghee<br />Flour<br />Sesame seeds<br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />In a bowl, add wheat flour, rice flour, ghee, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, cumin seed powder, turmeric powder, carom seeds, sesame seeds, coriander leaves, water and knead it into a dough.<br />Keep it aside to rest for 10 minutes, take a portion of the dough, dust it with some flour and roll it.<br />Apply some ghee, flour and start folding it and transform it into a pinwheel.<br />Spread some sesame on it, press the pinwheel, add some coriander leaves and roll it again.<br />Place it on a hot pan and cook it on both sides.<br />Apply some ghee while frying.<br />Transfer it on a kitchen cloth, apply a dollop of butter and fold it.<br />Our Chur Chur Paratha is ready.<br /><br />
