"北美, 2월 4일 판문점서 실무접촉... 2차 정상회담 세부 조율"<br /><br />Senior nuclear negotiators of Pyeongyang and Washington could meet early next week at the truce village of Panmunjeom to iron out the details of their leaders' second summit.<br />According to Politico, U.S. Special Representative for North Korea, Stephen Biegun, is likely to take part in that meeting around next Monday.<br />At this point it's unclear if his counterpart will still be Pyeongyang's Vice Foreign Minister Choe Son-hui.<br />After Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said that Biegun met his (quote)"new counterpart" in Washington, some speculate the North's envoy might have been changed to Kim Hyok-chol, the regime's former ambassador to Spain. <br />
