Senior officials of North Korea and the U.S. could meet next week at the inter-Korean truce village of Panmunjeom to thrash out the details of their leaders' second summit.<br />According to Politico, U.S. Special Representative for North Korea, Stephen Biegun, is likely to take part in that meeting around next Monday.<br />At this point it's unclear if his counterpart will still be the North's Vice Foreign Minister Choe Son-hui.<br />After Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said Biegun met his (quote)"new counterpart" in Washington, some speculate the North's envoy might have been changed to Kim Hyok-chol, the regime's former ambassador to Spain. <br />
