Chef Smita shows you how to make this delicious recipe at home, do give it a try and let us know your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />1/2 kg Mutton Mince With Fat<br />2 Onions, chopped<br />2 Tomatoes (deseeded&chopped)<br />4 Green Chillies, finely chopped<br />1 tsp Chilli Flakes<br />1 tsp Garam Masala<br />1 Egg<br />1/2 cup Coriander leaves, chopped<br />3 tbsp Gram Flour (roasted)<br />1 tbsp Red Chilli powder<br />1/4 tsp Turmeric powder<br />Salt<br />2 tbsp Ghee<br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />In a plate, add mutton mince, onion,tomatoes, green chillies, chilli flakes, garam masala, egg, coriander leaves and mix them well.<br />Add gram flour, mix well, cover it and keep it inside a refrigerator for 30 minutes.<br />Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and mix well.<br />Heat ghee in a pan, take a handful of the mixture and shape it into a big patty.<br />Slow cook the patty on medium flame.<br />Cook the kebabs for 10 minutes on each side.<br />Our Chapli Kebabs are ready.
