The Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court has denied an application by former Felda chairman Tan Sri Mohd Isa Abdul Samad seeking a temporary release of his passport to perform umrah.<br /><br />Sessions Court judge Azura Alwi said there was no urgency for Mohd Isa to perform umrah in February. <br /><br />On Dec 14, Mohd Isa claimed trial to a charge of criminal breach of trust and nine counts of receiving graft involving more than RM3mil.
