Isla, the Shih Tzu from New Zealand, may be small, but she has a large personality. <br /><br />The area is undergoing a heat wave at the moment, perhaps making her a bit more uncomfortable than usual. <br /><br />"She was chilling on her back at home when she decided she needed a good scratch," said her human, Karli. "This made her do a wiggle and have the cutest floppy ears."
