Sam Friedman, a pianist based in Los Angeles, is attempting the impressive feat of teaching his cat piano. <br /><br />In the footage, Sam plays, encouraging his cat to make a contribution. "In this video we are working on improvising duets," he says. <br /><br />"I try to teach with very positive reinforcement. He's still a beginner, but he's very passionate and purrs a lot whenever he sits down to play."<br /><br />The footage was shot in December last year.
