It hasn't been the coldest winter we've ever seen in Korea,... but February is off to a bitterly cold start.<br />Temperatures are around ten degrees Celsius lower compared to the same time yesterday.<br />The mercury is forecast to remain below freezing all day in many parts of the country.<br />The Korea Meteorological Administration says the wind chill will make it feel even colder than the actual temperatures,... so layer up before venturing out.<br />We'll have a closer look during our weather report with Lee Jee-hyun toward the end of this newscast. <br />
