I am totally disappointed: Kumaraswamy on Budget 2019

Criticising the interim budget presented by acting Finance Minister Piyush Goyal, Karnataka Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy. He said that he was totally disappointed with the programmes announced as they have failed the farming community.
