U.S. Special representative for North Korea Stephen Biegun landed in South Korea just over an hour ago for follow up meetings with his North Korean counterpart. <br /> Biegun said nothing to reporters as he left the airport, but diplomatic sources say he's expected to meet with his new North Korean counterpart Kim Hyok-chol on Monday to discuss Pyeongyang's denuclearization and the corresponding measures the U.S. will give in exchange.<br />They are also likely to fine tune some details of the planned summit between their leaders, scheduled for late February.<br />The exact venue and time of this Monday's talks have not been revealed, nor has the length of Biegun's stay.<br />But before he meets with Kim, Biegun will first meet with his South Korean counterpart Lee Do-hoon Monday morning, reportedly to prepare. <br />
