DO try it at home and share your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />Oil<br />Butter<br />Green Garlic<br />3 Eggs, beaten<br />Coriander leaves, chopped<br />2 Onions, chopped <br />Ginger-garlic paste<br />4 Tomatoes (puree)<br />2 Green Chillies, chopped<br />Salt<br />Red Chilli powder<br />Turmeric powder<br />Coriander powder<br />1/2 tsp Cumin seeds powder<br />1/2 tsp Garam Masala powder<br />1/2 cup Water<br />Coriander leaves, chopped<br />Cheese<br />2 Eggs, boiled<br />Garam masala<br />Coriander leaves<br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />Heat a pan, add oil, butter, green garlic, eggs, chat masala, coriander leaves, mix well and let the egg cook.<br />Take it out in a bowl.<br />Heat oil in a pan, add onions, saute it until it turns translucent.<br />Add ginger-garlic paste, tomato puree and mix well.<br />Add green chillies, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, saute it nicely.<br />Add coriander powder, cumin seeds powder, garam masala and mix well.<br />Add water, coriander leaves, cheese, eggs, lower the flame and add the scrambled egg.<br />Sprinkle some garam masala, coriander leaves and our Anda Chingari is ready to serve.<br />
