Firefighters in Paris attempt to enter the back of an apartment block that quickly goes ablaze.<br /><br />The fire started in an apartment block in the 16th arrondissement early Tuesday morning (February 5).<br /><br />Ten people have died and 30 have been injured, according to multiple reports. Prosecutors are treating the incident as a possible case of arson and one arrest has been made.
