Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad today dismissed as "fake news" rumours of a cabinet reshuffle after the Chinese New Year holidays.<br /><br />"No reshuffle," Mahathir told reporters after attending the National Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia's annual Chinese New Year open house at the Wisma Chinese Chambers in Kuala Lumpur.<br /><br />"I think it is the same cabinet. All rumours. Fake news," he said when asked for comments on a blog post claiming that Economic Affairs Minister Azmin Ali would be appointed deputy prime minister after the Chinese New Year.
