This Vietnamese dish consists of freshly cooked sandworms and is not for the squeamish.<br /><br />Before the worms are boiled they are presented in bowl where they are free to wriggle around.<br /><br />The wriggling invertebrates are caught by fishermen when the tide rises, causing the worms to float to the water's surface.<br /><br />A kilo of fresh sandworm is priced at around $25.<br /><br />This video was captured in Hai Duong City, northern Vietnam.
