Hill's Pet Nutrition Dog Food Recalled The company recalled <br />25 products last week. The recall was prompted by suspicion that some of the products might contain According to the FDA, symptoms of excessive Vitamin D consumption in dogs includes, loss of appetite, vomiting, <br />increased thirst and urination, <br />excessive drooling and weight loss. Extreme cases can also <br />lead to kidney failure. The company claims to <br />have "isolated the error." According to the FDA, several other brands of dog food were recalled for high levels of Vitamin D in December.
