Freezing rain and icy conditions in Ontario, Canada made for beautiful scenes but also power outages and slippery conditions, as the trees and powerlines were encased in ice.<br /><br />Video of the icy winter scenes near Toronto on February 6 showed how the freezing rain had frozen itself completely around trees, branches and other outdoor surfaces, while firemen were attempting to repair frozen powerlines.
