The U.S. Special Envoy for North Korea Mark Lambert is in Russia to discuss the North's denuclearization ahead of the second Kim-Trump summit.<br />The State Department told VOA that Lambert headed to Moscow on Monday.<br />During the two-day visit, he's to meet with Russian officials and North Korean experts, as part of diplomatic efforts to achieve the North's final, fully verified denuclearization.<br />According to Tass, the U.S. envoy had "frank and constructive" talks with the Russian Foreign Ministry's Ambassador-at-Large Oleg Burmistrov,... and Deputy Foreign Minister Igor Morgulov. <br />
