Do try it at home and share your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />5 tbsp Oil<br />15 Curry leaves<br />3 Green Chillies, chopped<br />3 Spring onion white, chopped<br />2 Tomatoes<br />1 Carrot<br />Salt<br />1 tbsp Black Pepper powder<br />150 gms Mushroom, chopped<br />400 gms Rice, parboiled<br />Spring Onion greens, chopped<br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />Heat oil in a vessel, add curry leaves, green chillies, spring onion white, saute it nicely.<br />Add tomatoes, carrot, salt, black pepper powder, mushrooms, saute it nicely and let the mushroom cook.<br />Add rice, mix well and let it cook.<br />Add spring onion greens, mix well and let it cook for 5 minutes.<br />Switch off the gas and take it out on a serving plate.<br />Our Mushroom Pulao is ready.<br />
