Try this comforting drink at home and let us know your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />2 cups Water<br />1 inch Ginger, crushed<br />4 Black Pepper<br />2 Cloves<br />2 Green Cardamom<br />1 Cinnamon stick<br />1 tsp Fennel seeds<br />6 tsp Sugar<br />3 tsp Tea powder<br />1 cup Milk<br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />In a vessel heat water, add ginger and let it boil.<br />In a pestle, add black pepper, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon stick, fennel seeds, crush it coarsely and add it into the water.<br />Let the ingredients boil in water, add sugar and tea powder.<br />Let it boil for a minute and then add milk.<br />Give it a final boil and switch off the flame.<br />Strain the tea in a kettle and our Masala Chai is ready.
