Protests sweep the Colombian border city of Cucuta, on the border with Venezuela, on Tuesday as the city keeps holding vital humanitarian aid waiting to cross. <br /><br />Venezuela's army has been refusing to let the aid into the country and it has been stuck in a warehouse for nearly a week. <br /><br />Self-proclaimed interim president, opposition leader Juan Guaidó, demanded the army allow aid to enter Venezuela on Tuesday, saying February 23 was the deadline.
