Cohen holds a Masters degree in Theoretical Computer Science from U.C. Berkeley, as well as a Bachelors degree in Physics from Harvard University. His main contribution to mathematics has been world-class research in the area of pancake sorting. He is Executive Producer of the critically-acclaimed animated series Futurama, and also spent five years as a writer for The Simpsons.
