Do give it a try and let us know your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br /><br />Ingredients:<br />1 tbsp Oil<br />1 tsp Cumin seeds<br />5 Green Chillies<br />1 tsp Ginger paste<br />1 Capsicum, chopped<br />1 cup Green Peas, boiled<br />Spinach leaves, boiled<br />1 tbsp Mint leaves, chopped<br />2 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped<br />1/4 tsp Turmeric powder<br />1 Potato (boiled&grated)<br />1 tbsp Corn flour<br />2 tbsp Breadcrumbs<br />Salt<br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />Heat oil in a vessel, cumin seeds, green chillies, ginger paste and saute it for a few seconds.<br />Add capsicum, green peas, saute it for a min.<br />Add spinach, mint leaves, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, saute it for some time.<br />Shut the flame, let the mixture cool and grind it into nice, fine paste.<br />Take the paste out in a bowl, add potato, corn flour, breadcrumbs, salt and mix it well.<br />Make patties of it, coat it with breadcrumbs and keep it aside.<br />Heat oil in a vessel and deep fry the patties in it.<br />Our Hara Bhara Kebabs our ready.
