Massive avalanches in northwestern China buried three vehicles and trapped ten people on a motorway.<br /><br />The video filmed in Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture in Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region on Tuesday (February 12), shows a group of rescuers trying to heave a buried car out of the snow, and a truck-mounted snow blower helping clean up the blocked motorway.<br /><br />After two hours, the snow was cleaned from the motorway and the trapped vehicles and people were rescued.<br /><br />Traffic was returned to normal thereafter and no casualties were reported.
