A 68-year-old woman named Song Lianyun suspended herself by her head from a horizontal bar to work out.<br /><br />The bizarre moment shows Song moving her arms and legs to dance with the music in the mid-air as she hangs with her head in a harness suspended on a horizontal bar.<br /><br />The clip was shot in Qingdao City in eastern China's Shandong Province on June 15, 2018.<br /><br />Song said the workout helped her recover from cervical spondylopathy. She can even hang there for a whole day.
