The leaders of Russia, Turkey and Iran say they see the planned U.S. withdrawal from Syria as a positive step in stabilizing the region.<br />Russian President Vladimir Putin made the remark after a summit with his Turkish and Iranian counterparts on Thursday in Sochi. <br />The three were meeting to discuss ways on how to cooperate in Syria. <br />They also agreed that the Syrian government must take over the regions where American troops are currently deployed. <br />They also vowed to help Syria establish a committee to carry out constitutional reforms in the country. <br />
