South Korean Prime Minister Lee Nak-yon has announced the end of the foot-and-mouth disease outbreak in the nation.<br />In a Facebook post on Friday,.. Lee said the maximum 14-day incubation period of the highly contagious disease has passed since the latest outbreak was confirmed in January.<br />He also said all travel restrictions have been lifted and thanked those who took part in preventive sterilization program.<br />The first FMD outbreak was confirmed at a cow farm in Anseong late last month. <br />
