A procession of K9 officers salutes officer Juan Rodriguez and his dog, Cesar, whose incredible life of service came to an end on February 14 in Manhattan.<br /><br />Before joining the police force, Cesar was a military dog, deployed overseas 3 times and once saved a squad of Navy SEALs by detecting two bombs.<br /><br />He was adopted by Rodriguez and the NYPD 5 years ago.<br /><br />In a heartbreaking and tear-inducing ceremony, he was saluted one last time by his fellow officers.
