Do give it a try and share your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />1 cup Curd<br />2-3 tbsp Gram flour<br />Water<br />1 tbsp Ghee<br />1/2 tbsp Mustard seeds<br />1/2 tbsp Cumin seeds<br />Fenugreek seeds<br />2-3 Cloves<br />2 Dried Red Chillies<br />1 Cinnamon stick<br />2-3 Green Chillies, slit<br />Ginger, grated<br />Sugar<br />Salt<br />Coriander leaves, chopped<br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />In a bowl, add curd, gram flour and mix them well.<br />Add water, mix well and see to it that there are no lumps formed.<br />Heat a vessel, add ghee, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, cloves, red chillies, cinnamon stick, green chillies, curd miture, ginger, sugar, salt, mix well and let it boil.<br />Our Kadhi is ready to serve.<br />Garnish it with coriander leaves, <br />Our Gujarati Kadhi is ready.<br />
