A close aide to North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has reportedly visited areas near the smartphone manufacturing plant of Samsung Electronics in Vietnam. <br />The North Korean leader's de facto chief of staff, Kim Chang-son, is known to have surveyed the area by vehicle on Sunday. <br />This raises speculation that Kim Jong-un could pay a visit to Samsung's facilities while he's in Hanoi for the second Pyeongyang-Washington summit. <br />If he does choose to visit the facilities,... this could be interpreted as the regime's strong intentions develop its economy.<br />Samsung Electronics says it wasn't notified in advance that the North Korean official was planning to check areas around its plant in Vietnam. <br />
