An illegally constructed apartment building collapsed in southern China, killing three.<br /><br />The aftermath video, shot in Fuzhou City in Fujian Province on February 16, shows firefighters and policemen searching for and rescuing buried residents under the collapsed building.<br /><br />The rental apartment was illegally built with no attention to regulation. Three people were dead and 14 were injured.<br /><br />Police detained the two landlords and the case was being investigated.
