Bilateral ties and cooperation between Malaysia and China have achieved new progress in 2018 with increasing bilateral trade and Chinese tourist arrivals.<br /><br />Chinese ambassador Bai Tian and Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng attended the Malaysia-China Business Council Chinese New Year luncheon on Monday, ahead of the 45th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between the two countries this year.
