National Assembly Speaker Moon Hee-sang and the floor leaders of Korea's five major parties gathered earlier today... hopefully to normalize parliament and open the February extraordinary session.<br />But they failed at doing so... and they're going to try again this afternoon.<br />The ruling party wants the February session to open without any preconditions.<br />The main opposition party is demanding a parliamentary investigation into former ruling party lawmaker Sohn Hye-won..., who's under fire for her alleged involvement in speculative investments.<br />If the two sides can't reach a deal in the coming days,... pending bills on flexible working hours and the minimum wage,... which were supposed to be put up for a vote in February,... will have to wait until next month's session. <br />
