Watch and make this colourful cake recipe by Chef Sonali and let us know your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />3 Eggs<br />1 cup Castor Sugar<br />1/2 cup Oil<br />1 1/2 cup Flour<br />1 tsp Baking powder<br />1 tsp Vanilla Essence<br />Yellow colour<br />Pink Colour<br />Blue Colour<br />Oil<br />Sugar syrup<br />Whipped cream<br />Colourful sprinkles<br />Colourful Vermicelli<br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />Crack open eggs in a bowl, whisk it nicely, add castor sugar, mix it nicely.<br />Add oil, sift flour and baking powder in it.<br />Fold the batter slowly and add vanilla essence.<br />Mix it well and our batter is ready.<br />Separate the batter into 3 equal parts.<br />Add 3 different colours to the batter and mix it well.<br />Heat a pan, grease it with oil.<br />Add the first batter, spread it, cover and cook it for 10 minutes.<br />Repeat the same procedure for the other 2.<br />Cut them circular with the help of a sharp vessel.<br />Keep the layers aside to cool down.<br />Take a cake board, apply some icing at the bottom.<br />Place a layer on it, brush it with sugar syrup and cover it with whipped cream.<br />Place another layer and repeat the process for the next as well.<br />Cover all the sides with whipped cream and top it with colourful sprinkles and colourful vermicelli.
