Shocking footage shows the devastating level of plastic pollution scattered across the once-beautiful Kuta Beach in Bali, Indonesia. <br /><br />The garbage washed up on the sand after heavy rain and winds on February 13, 2019. <br /><br />The footage highlights the devastating levels of plastic pollution blighting the world's oceans. <br /><br />Italian expatriate Jacopo Simonetta, who witnessed the scene, said: ''In my 17 years in Bali, I have never seen anything like this.'' <br /><br />Simonetta also pointed out that hotels and bars that rely on tourism from Kuta Beach were in danger of going out of business if the situation continues.
