Venezuelan opposition lawmaker Jose Manuel Olivares says that the tons of humanitarian aid stored in Colombia will arrive in Venezuela on February 23, a date set by opposition leader Juan Guaido despite opposition from President Nicolas Maduro, in addition to entering from other locations.<br />
